14 bedroom extension started this week. Day 4 all sockets lights emergency lights switch line cables in for first floor. Boxed up, noggins in for ceiling lights. Insulated ducting in for all en-suite toilets. Ground floor starting tomorrow.

Last job for today extend kitchen ring to allow for extra socket and fused spur for heater. We managed to drill though and rod cables down with no additional damage. Took a bit longer but got there in the end.

Busy day 2 call outs 6/7 lamp post repaired and this little summer house started. New garage board installed and a few sockets un till the rest are in stock.

Nice & early start low level street light survey to see what can be repaired low level before we get the cherry picker in.

A few additional sockets added all with usb & c ports all existing sockets, switches & internet extension replaced with matt black.

Well over due replacement yesterday on a caravan hook up. Lighting upgrade in an office. Temporary connect 1 phase of a 3 phase cable to supply a unit that someone forgot wasn’t connected. Then we got to test 3 units 🤷‍♂️! It was a long day yesterday 😴

Recent rewire completed minimal damage caused additional sockets added in every room. We managed to pull new cables in though the old capping to older points tiles taken off gently so we could reuse them. Where we couldn’t put cables down for switches with out causing significant damage we went for wireless switches. Circuits all separated in to upstairs, downstairs sockets, lights and kitchen ring extractor added within bathroom and interlinked fire,heat and carbon monoxide detectors added. Happy landlady’s and tenants.

Fuse Board upgraded after a failed EICR. Last test 1980. Lights replaced as fixed to the ceiling with silicone 😂 and a number of unswitched sockets replaced.
