🔥 PROJECT COMPLETE 🔥

What a transformation this one has been!

From the initial dig out right through to the finished landscaping, we’ve completely transformed this garden.

⛏️ 130 tonnes of soil excavated and removed

🧱 New retaining walls with a smooth rendered finish

📐 Splayed steps formed to create a feature access up into the garden

🏡 New pathways formed around the house

🪨 75 sqm of patio and pathways laid using Sahara Indian Sandstone

✨ Finished with new coping stones and a clean, modern look throughout

With some seriously tight and awkward access, getting the digger and materials in and out was a challenge — but we got it done! 💪

We’ve worked through some seriously hot days on this one too 🥵☀️, making the transformation even more rewarding now we can finally step back and see the finished result.

And a massive thank you to our clients, who have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish and a genuine pleasure to work for. It makes such a difference when you have great clients on a project like this! 🙌

Footings concreted and another good step forward on this project 👌

Just over 6 tonnes of ballast moved around 30 metres to the work area, mixed on site and placed into the footings.

A busy 5 hours keeping the track barrow and mixer moving, but great to get it all completed in one go 💪🥵

Now we can start looking forward to putting everything back together and seeing this one take shape. Block work starts tomorrow 🧱

The footing is all dug out and ready for concrete today! 💪

A massive amount of soil shifted — around 110 tonnes dug out and moved roughly 40 metres to the muckaway area 🥵🚜

A huge effort from the team to get us to this stage. 👏

Now looking forward to getting the concrete in and putting everything back together! 🔨🚧

🚧 Progress update! 🚧

The new retaining wall is taking shape, with around 400 blocks being installed to provide long-lasting structural integrity. 💪

We've also fitted weep vents to allow water to drain away, and the wall will be backfilled with clean stone for added support and drainage.

🔥 New project started today! 🔥

Despite the hot weather, we got stuck straight into it and managed to get the digger through some very tight and awkward access to reach the site. 💪🚜

Today we completed the footing excavation and concrete pour for a new retaining wall right at the top of the garden, setting the foundations for what's to come.

The main project kicks off next week, and it's going to be a good one... 👀

🏡 Project Complete for Another Valued Returning Customer 👷‍♂️✨

We're delighted to share the finished results of this garden transformation project!
Over the past few weeks we've successfully:

✅ Widened the existing pathways for improved access and usability
✅ Built new face brick garden walls to define and enhance the space
✅ Installed beautiful Indian sandstone paving throughout the garden
✅ Regraded and blended the lawn to achieve the correct levels
✅ Laid fresh turf to create a lush, seamless finish

The completed garden now offers a much cleaner layout, improved functionality, and a fresh new look that will be enjoyed for years to come.

It's always a pleasure to return to previous customers and help bring the next stage of their vision to life. Thank you for trusting us once again with your outdoor space.

Phase 2 underway for another returning customer 👷‍♂️🙌

This next stage of the project includes:
✔️ Widening the existing pathways
✔️ Installing new face brick garden walls
✔️ Laying beautiful Indian sandstone paving
✔️ Regrading and blending the lawn to the correct levels
✔️ Fresh turf installation to finish everything off perfectly

Great to be back working for a repeat customer and bringing the next part of their garden transformation to life. Looking forward to sharing more progress as the project develops!

Another water ingress issue for a client of ours 🤦‍♂️

On inspection, we discovered that the cavity wall was soaking up water in the fully insulated cavity due to mortar breaking down on the brickwork.

The options were, repoint or render.
Render is definitely the best option to ensure a waterproof wall.

We also installed cavity trays to stop the water running into the garage.

Along with a new EPDM rubber roof system to replace the old, broken down original felt roof.

Over all a good job done, with a lovely Sunday of painting in the sun ☀️
