Here is the July update from our Small Works Team!👏🏻

July looked a little different for the team with annual leave for the summer holidays and members of the team supporting our other sites.

This still didn't stop them from completing 13 jobs across the month.

The team tackled a variety of works, including:
• EICRs
• Investigative Works
• Electrical Consultations
• Lighting Upgrades
• PAT Testing
• General Maintenance

Whether it’s carrying out an inspection, investigating an issue or upgrading existing electrical systems, our Small Works Team is always ready to help.

New faces, new roles, and plenty to recognise and celebrate!

We’ve got another fantastic achievement to celebrate in the office, with Aaron Palmer stepping into his new role as Head of Retail!

We imagine this news comes as no surprise to those of you who know Aaron and his work. Aaron has been part of the team for over 15 years and has been managing our retail team for the past 9 years.

Now, onto the new faces…

We’re delighted to welcome our new Project Manager, Ryan, to the team!

Ryan has joined us to support the team as we continue to expand our retail division. With over 10 years of industry experience, including 6 years as a Site Supervisor and 3 years as an Electrical Manager, Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his new role.

Ryan said “I am hoping my experience and organisation can transfer into Red Rock and I am excited to get stuck in”

A huge well done to Aaron on his promotion, and a warm welcome to Ryan!

Small Works Team – Monthly update! ⚡

June saw 29 jobs completed, alongside a full week dedicated to EICR testing and three days of PAT testing.

Our work during June included:
• EICRs
• PAT Testing
• General Electrical Maintenance
• Electrical Works & Repairs
• Free Quotations

From smaller day-to-day jobs to time-intensive projects, the team continues to help with a wide range of work and deliver the same high standard across every project.

From an Apprentice’s first week to electricians gaining their qualifications, we’re always proud to see progression within the team.

Congratulations, and a huge well done to Alan and Marcus for successfully passing their AM2 assessments and becoming fully qualified electricians!

We're also delighted to welcome Alfie to the team as our new Apprentice Electrician.
Alfie joined us last week and spent his first week completing e-learning courses and getting out on site with the team.

When we caught up with him, Alfie said:
"This first week has been great. I’ve got along with everyone, and I’ve settled in really well on site. I’m just excited to carry on next week!"

We look forward to watching Alfie develop throughout his apprenticeship and are excited to have him as part of the team.

This heatwave called for one thing, the annual Red Rock Electrical Summer Party! 🔆

Last Friday, our team headed to Somerset County Cricket Club to watch Somerset take on Gloucestershire in a 20-20 Vitality Blast!

With fantastic weather, great cricket, and amazing company, it was the perfect way to celebrate the summer and get together as a team.

From what we’ve heard, everyone enjoyed their day and are awaiting the next team outing! 🎉

Last month was another busy period for our Small Works Team!🎉

We've continued to see an incline in enquiries, keeping the team busy with different jobs daily.

In May, the team completed 28 jobs, alongside providing multiple free quotations for customers who are requiring a helping hand with their electrical projects.

We've been busy carrying out:
• EVCP Installation
• EICRs
• General Electrical Maintenance
• Free Quotations

One of the months projects was a week-long 2nd fix installation completed by our engineer, Jack. This job helped show the team's ability to deliver both smaller jobs and larger projects with the same high standard.
