Some people blow their money on a fancy car… I’d rather buy a forklift. 😂

Absolutely chuffed to have this Manitou In The UK 🇬🇧 on board! It’ll make life easier for the lads, keep our projects moving and earn its keep. 💪

Might not turn heads pulling up at a restaurant, but it looks pretty good with a pallet of bricks on the forks. 🤣

Anyone else prefer spending money on machinery that helps bring more money in, or is it just me? 👇

Let’s have a look at the progress on another amazing project we’re working on! 🏡🙌

Over at Paulerspury, the old bungalow has been demolished, the groundworks are complete, and the superstructure is well underway. This new home is really starting to take shape!

One detail I’m particularly excited about is the stone features we’re incorporating into the property. I think they’ll bring some real character to this build. 👌

What do you reckon—can you see these looking great on the finished house? Let me know in the comments! 👇

Another five-star review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

There’s nothing better than hearing how happy a customer is with their finished project. This extension involved detailed Northamptonshire stonework designed to sit naturally alongside the original cottage, so Kim’s words mean a lot to us:

“The quality of the work is outstanding.”

A huge thank you to Kim for trusting us with the build and for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. I’m incredibly proud of the team and the care they put into every stage of the job.

If you’re planning an extension or a bespoke build in Northamptonshire or Warwickshire, get in touch. We’d love to hear what you have in mind.

NOW THAT’S LOOKING LIKE A HOUSE 🔥🏠

The roof is on at our Church Brampton project and this place is seriously starting to come together.

Seeing it from the drone really shows the scale of this build — the stonework, handmade brickwork and overall design are looking unreal.

A huge credit to the team for the quality going into every stage of this one. 👏

If you’re planning a bespoke new build, large extension or high-end renovation and want something built properly, get in touch.

From tired old bungalow… to a completely new home taking shape 👀➡️

Swipe through the progress so far at our Paulerspury project.

We started with the original bungalow, stripped everything back and demolished it completely.

Then came the foundations and block & beam floor…

And now we’ve got the internal walls up and the external masonry climbing fast. 👌

This is the stage I love — when months of planning suddenly start looking like an actual house.

Still a long way to go, but what a difference already.

Swipe back to the first photo and tell me — would you have seen the potential? 👇

There’s good stonework… and then there’s stonework that really sets a project apart. 👌

We’ve been laying these beautiful stone sills alongside more Northamptonshire ironstone, and this is exactly the kind of detail we love getting stuck into.

Clean lines, tight joints, careful setting out and a finish that does justice to the materials.

It’s these details that make the difference — and they’re exactly where our team excels.

Craftsmanship isn’t something we talk about. It’s something we show in the work.

A bit of block laying at our Church Brampton project! 🧱

We’re actually a lot further down the line with this build now, but things have been so busy recently that I’ve definitely fallen behind with sharing the progress!

So here’s a little look back at the blockwork going up and the house really starting to take shape.

There’s plenty more to show from this project, and it’s changed massively since this was filmed! 👀

The Paulerspury project is moving at a great pace! 🏡

What was once a tired, dilapidated bungalow is now well on its way to becoming something special. The demolition is complete, the foundations are in, the drainage has been installed, and we’re now laying the brickwork while the block and beam floor goes in.

One thing we’re always proud of is how we keep our sites. A clean, organised site isn’t just about looking good—it reflects the standards we work to every single day. We believe attention to detail starts long before the finishing touches.

It’s exciting to see this project taking shape, and we can’t wait to show you what comes next.

There’s something about seeing the first floor go in that completely changes a project. 🏗️

This week we installed the hollow core concrete first floor planks, and it’s amazing how much the house has come to life. You can finally start to appreciate the scale of the property and even picture what the views from the upstairs bedrooms are going to look like.

A huge credit to the team once again. Their hard work, attention to detail, and commitment are keeping this project moving forward at an incredible pace, and the results are speaking for themselves.

We’re excited to keep sharing the journey as this luxury home continues to take shape.
