Yesterday we got called out to two properties where we had to change gearboxes as the hot weather affected the doors and made them hard to lock, forcing the handles up puts stress on the gearbox and then broke.

If you give me a call as soon as you find the door hard to lock we can adjust the doors so it will save you a new gearbox and save you money.
