Pro-Spec Renovations

12/10/2026

We do extensions, full house renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, loft and garage conversions. Plus all the plumbing, heating and roofing that goes with them.

What you get with us is pretty simple.

We turn up when we say we will, we keep you updated and we leave the place tidy.

Your quote is itemised so you know exactly what you’re paying for. There’s no deposit on jobs under £5k, and bigger jobs are paid in stages so you never pay for work that hasn’t been done. And we’ve got £2m public liability insurance.

One of our customers said we “went above and beyond” and honestly that’s all we ever try to do.

If you’ve been sat on a project for a while, now’s a good time to get a price. That way you’re ready to go in the new year and not waiting till summer.

Message me or ring 07775424630 and I’ll come round and have a look 👍

This is the reason we do what we do.

We’re not just building extensions or renovating garages, kitchens or bathrooms - we’re creating additional space for you to enjoy for years to come with the family 🥹

Thank you Laura Marks for your lovely review and we’re so pleased we could do this for you.

If you’re in need of extra room for your home, please message us and we can discuss your options.

Work has begun on our next extension project to add a small extension to this property.

Keep your eyes peeled for further updates, it’s going to look INCREDIBLE once we’ve finished with it 😍

What a week! Lots of visits to potential clients for new staircases, extensions, kitchen and bathroom renovations - you are keeping us very busy 🥹

Now for a strong cuppa, feet up and a bit of TV 🙌🏽

The lads have been getting stuck in to this garage conversation in Thurlaston, and a returning client - always nice when they keep coming back 🙌🏽

A garage conversion can typically add 10-20% on to the value of your property with average UK uplifts often ranging around £48,000 depending on your location 😱

If your garage is just used for storing the Christmas decks, you may want to reconsider what you use the space for.

2027 diary is open, drop me a message.

Good morning lovely people!

I have a small favour to ask 🙏🏽

We’ve gone all techy and finally got around to creating a Google business profile and we’d love a review from you if you’ve had a renovation from us 🤞🏼

It helps more people find us and we’d be very grateful. Just click this link and it’ll take you straight to it https://g.page/r/CdGf-7tEZwftEBM/review

Cheers,

Chris & everyone at Pro Spec Renovations 👷🏼‍♂️

Nice little garage conversion underway in Daventry 🙌🏽

All ready to be plastered.

We’ve opened the diary for 2027 so if you’ve got a garage that’s not really adding much value to your home in terms of use, give us a shout, I can come have a look and throw some ideas about.

Message me anytime.

Bit of a different post from me today. Not a before and after for once 😂

Nearly 3 years ago I made the jump and went full time on my own. Before that I spent 9 years as a police officer, and I was still doing building work on my days off because that's what I did before I joined. I'm not sure I ever had a proper day off in all that time 😂

When I started it was just me and the van. Now there's 6 of us full time, plus a few good subbies I've known for years. I still can't quite believe it some days.

I'm 37, I've got a wife and 3 kids at home, and every job we take on I treat like it's my own house. I know how hard people work for their money, especially right now.

Letting someone into your home and trusting them with it is a big deal, and I don't take that lightly.

That's really all Pro-Spec is about. We turn up when we say we will, we're honest about what needs doing and what doesn't, and we leave the place tidy.

So thank you to everyone who's had us round, recommended us to a mate or left us a review. Most of our work comes from word of mouth, and that means more to me than anything.

If you've got something in mind for your house, big or small, drop me a message or give me a ring on 07775424630. Happy to come and have a look and have a chat.

Enjoy your Sunday folks!
