Cladding completed this week

The customer wanted a more modern finish than the old hanging tiles, so we removed them and started fresh. We supplied and fitted new battens with insulation, then finished the property with a great woodgrain 150mm shiplap cladding.

Completed This Week

This property had severe roof leaks caused by old concrete finlock gutters. The gutters were allowing water to run down the walls and into the property, dumping water inside around the window area.

We carried out a full upgrade to solve the issue permanently:

Removed all existing.

concrete finlock gutters

Installed 18mm replacement black woodgrain fascia boards with new black guttering

Fitted over-fascia ventilation
and eaves protection trays
with bird stoppers

Fully replaced the roof – removed all existing materials.

Installed new breather membrane and treated battens.

Finished with Redland Double Roman Smooth Grey tiles, including ridge and verge completed in a modern dry system

The result: a fully renewed roof with proper ventilation and drainage — no more leaks and no more ongoing repair worries.

We’ve just completed this new roof installation — a full transformation from the old felt, tiles, and battens. Both the front and lower valleys were removed and redesigned to achieve a more modern, low-maintenance finish.

Installed a new breather membrane and treated timber battens
Finished the lower roofs with Tapco Welsh Slate-effect PVC tiles for a sleek, durable look
Completed with black woodgrain fascia, white soffits, and deep-flow black guttering for a clean, contrasting finish
