As Office Manager, Charlotte supports our directors, management team, engineers, clients and suppliers, helping coordinate business activities and maintain the high standards of service that SJF Electrics Ltd is known for.

She is currently working through her NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources, further developing her expertise in people management, employee relations, organisational development and workplace best practice.
