We are looking to train our 3rd Crane Engineer/Mechanic Apprentice. This role will be based from our workshop in Longfield near Dartford, but will include block release to to continue your learning from a plant college in Norwich.
The apprenticeship will last three years and the successful candidate can benefit from a structured wage increase year on year as follows:

4 - Fully Qualified
£32,000
5 - Fully Qualified
£36,000

A very special mention to one of our own - Jash. He started with us back in 2014, new into the construction industry, as a trainee crane operator. Over the years he has worked as a variety of different roles from slinger, crane supervisor and now Training Manager. He's incredibly well thought of, from both customers and respective training boards alike. Now, he has just had confirmation of the successful completion of the NEBOSH examination which will further his horizons and career prospects.
