The gutter garden was thriving. The drainage… not so much. 🌱

This site had built up a serious amount of debris and vegetation, restricting the flow of water and increasing the risk of leaks and overflow.

The team cleared the full 180m of guttering, removing the build-up and getting everything flowing properly again.

A bit of a different install for the team over at Forcett Hall.

We’ve been installing a slate roof across this curved section, with plenty of care and attention needed to make sure every detail sits exactly as it should.

How long before this becomes a leak? 👀

We attended site to find a large amount of standing water sitting across this flat roof, caused by 3 blocked outlets.

The team removed the water, cleared the outlets and got everything flowing properly again.

We also advised 3-monthly gutter inspections and regular maintenance to help prevent the same issue happening again and keep the site protected all year round.

This flat roof’s GRP system had failed, leaving it covered in tiny pinholes and allowing water to get through.

We sealed every pinhole before relining the full roof to give it a proper watertight finish and stronger long-term protection.

No quick patch jobs - we’ll always make sure the problem is dealt with properly.

We’ve covered gardens growing in gutters and pigeons living in roofs… but honey coming through the ceiling was a new one. 🐝🍯

The team carefully removed the tiles and cut back the roof battens so the bees could be safely removed.
