Recently completed for a customer in Darlington, a metal framed Louvre Pergola (2.4m x 3m) with a maximum height of 2.4m, avoiding the need for planning permission.

Patio stones were lifted to install concrete footings to ensure secure fixing to ground.

Stones were relayed on a full mortar base. 140mm expansion bolts used to secure into concrete footings.

A hand crafted 'Boot Room - Monks Bench' recently completed for a customer in Darlington.

Made to measure at 2m wide x 1.9m high, this bespoke unit serves a number of practical storage uses, whilst also forming a eye-catching centre piece to this room.

Constructed from moisture resistant MDF, moisture resistant beadboard and 40mm thick oak stave shelving. All MDF doubled up to 36mm thick and edge banded to present a perfect surface for painting.

Customer to paint in the colour of their choice and also multi-coat Osmo oil the oak stave seating and shelving.

Completed last year for a customer in Darlington.

A metal frame louvre Pergola installed in an existing decking structure.

Posts needed to be set at a specific height to allow for hot tub lid to open, but also to not exceed permitted height of 2.5m from ground level.

Additional joists were installed to support the legs at the precise height needed.

A bespoke under-stair storage completed this week for a customer in Hurworth.

Pull out shoe drawer (870mm depth) on heavy duty runners.

Standard box cupboard with internal shelf unit and entire cupboard lined including under the stair treads.

All facing edges have been edge banded to allow for a crisp and clean finish once painted.

New flooring and skirting board installed.

Recently completed a wooden decking project for a customer in Darlington.

The irregular shaped decking was installed on an uneven concrete surface which needed to be stabilised at the correct level with a slight run-off for rain water.

A bespoke Scandinavian style staircase, handmade and installed for a customer in Darlington.

Spindles made from European oak hardwood, displaying an attractive range of grain patterns throughout, finished in multiple coats of Osmo oil. Invisible ceiling fittings, with stylish bottom fixings and spacers.

An upstairs balustrade in matching oak is also installed with an oak side panel flashing between floors.

A further enhancement to this staircase is the oak two-part banister, which has been shaped to the customer's precise requirements and fitted to the wall using matching black spacers and countersunk matt black fl**ge head fixings.

A unique focal centre piece for the entrance of this home.
