Hermitage Drive: Part Six. 💕

Onto another bedroom, this time pairing ’s All White No. 2005 across the ceiling, cornice, woodwork and fireplace surround with Calamine No. 230 on the walls. A soft, subtle pink that brings just the right touch of warmth to the space.

We’ve left the fireplace interior in its original pink, creating a beautiful sense of continuity with the rest of the room.

Period Property Decoration & Restoration ✨

The walls, cornices and extensive woodwork were meticulously prepared to achieve an exceptional standard of finish while preserving and enhancing the property’s period features.

Luxury wallpaper installation required precision, careful cutting and exact pattern matching to complement the character of each space. Premium paints from Farrow & Ball, Edward Bulmer Natural Paint and The Little Greene Paint Company were selected to harmonise beautifully with the property’s traditional architecture and timeless interior design.

The result is a considered, elegant finish that celebrates the character of the building while bringing a renewed sense of refinement to every room.

Hermitage Drive: Part Five. 🎨

The master bedroom. We used a Farrow & Ball all white 2005 for the ceiling, cornice and woodwork. The walls have a stunning Phillip Jeffries Ltd. wallpaper in Manila H**p Elephant.

A master bedroom that feels effortlessly elegant, bathed in beautiful natural light.

A stairwell redecoration completed at St Peters Buildings.

For this communal decoration project, we worked alongside MRM Scaffolding LTD to install a crash deck, providing safe access to work at height on the cupola and upper walls. We used a vinyl matt finish, a stabilising solution and Toupret masonry fillers to prepare and finish the surfaces.

A black dividing line was added to the central feature to create a clean separation between the colours. The client chose a deep burgundy red in an eggshell finish for the lower walls, complemented by a Johnstone's Paints Smooth Metal finish on the balustrade.

The handrail had suffered significant damage, so we completely sanded it back and applied a tinted varnish to restore its depth and enhance the natural finish.

The project was completed within the three-week schedule and handed back to a happy client, delighted with the finished result!

Exterior transformation at St Teresa Place.

A comprehensive refresh with attention to every detail. Our team carried out specialist high-level access works using a cherry picker and mobile elevating work platforms, operated by IPAF-trained operatives.

The project included preparation and redecoration of external timber and metal surfaces, including communal and private windows, fascias and soffits, entrance and garage doors, perimeter metalwork and external trellis.

For a durable, high-quality finish, we used Dulux Weathershield, Dulux Ultimate Opaque and Dulux Metalshield, helping bring the property back to life while providing long-lasting protection.

A complete exterior refresh, delivered with precision from start to finish.

One of our largest projects to date!

We recently completed an extensive external redecoration project for property factors James Gibb, covering six residential blocks along with a wide range of communal external areas and features.

The project involved detailed preparation across a variety of surfaces, followed by specialist protective coating systems to provide a durable, long-lasting finish.

Using Dulux Weathershield, Metalshield and specialist preservative primers, we’ve refreshed and protected the development, helping ensure the buildings are ready to withstand Edinburgh’s changing autumn and winter weather.

A major transformation that not only improves the appearance of the development but also provides lasting protection for residents and the property.

Refreshing the masonry on this stunning property in Craiglockhart. 🏡

On this property we done the masonry and window surrounds. Using a sterilising solution on the walls to attack any green matter and growth, preparing it for painting. We used a Johnstone's Paints smooth masonry paint.

On the upstand, there was previously rotten wood which we treated with a Repair Care International UK resin kit. Finally on the back, the railings were given a paint refresh to bring them back to life.

We expect the longevity of this project to reach between at least 8-10 years. Is your property in need of a touch up? Get in touch today.
