⚡ New Build Electrical & Renewables Installation on behalf of our valued clients Resitech Design & Build Ltd⚡

We recently completed a full electrical and renewables installation at The Talisman, Langstone — delivering a modern, energy-efficient system designed for the future.

This project included:
⚡️ Full Electrical Installation,
☀️ 7kW Solar PV System,
🔋 11kWh Battery Storage,
🚗 MyEnergi Zappi EV Charger,
💧 MyEnergi Eddi Energy Diverter,

The Solar PV system, MyEnergi Zappi and MyEnergi Eddi work together as a smart energy ecosystem designed to maximise the use of self-generated solar energy within the home.

Here’s how the system works together:
☀️ Solar PV Generation
The 7kW solar PV system generates electricity during daylight hours to power the property. Any electricity produced is first used by the home’s active appliances and electrical loads.

⚡ Smart Energy Monitoring
The Zappi and Eddi both use CT clamps to constantly monitor how much electricity the property is importing from or exporting to the grid. When the solar system is generating more electricity than the house is currently using, surplus energy becomes available.

🚗 Zappi EV Charger
The Zappi charger can detect this excess solar generation and automatically use it to charge an electric vehicle instead of importing electricity from the grid.

🌞 Project Spotlight: Llanyravon Shops Solar PV Installation.

We’re proud to have completed a multi-system Solar PV project at Llanyravon Shops in Cwmbran, delivering 5 x 8kW systems to support local businesses in reducing energy costs and improving sustainability.

Each system was installed for:
⚡ MRS Supermarket
⚡ Llanyravon Dental
⚡ Cwmbran Fresh Produce Ltd
⚡ Lakeside Fish Bar
⚡ Flame'z Kitchen

💡 Each business now benefits from:
• Lower electricity bills
• Reduced reliance on the grid
• Greater protection against rising energy prices
• Improved environmental impact

📱 Plus, all systems come with real-time monitoring via an app, giving each business full visibility of performance, savings, and generation.

A big thank you to all the businesses for their patience while the installation was carried out and also to Kate Brayford from Torfaen County Borough Council for her support throughout the project.
