Here is the start of a project we have taken on with Glenrothes strollers Glenrothes Strollers Football Club

Fitting a howdens supplied kitchen as part of an SFA scheme for local football clubs.

Glad to be part of it and doing our bit by fitting it for free

We made the short trip to Herd Park in Methilhill for our first Championship League game of the season against Methilhill Strollers and East Fife.
Playing with the strong wind at their backs, our opponents started well and our keeper was called into early action. With 7 minutes on the clock, a fine move was expertly finished when CALUM WATT who is sponsored by S McKINNON KITCHENS smashed the ball past their keeper to put us in the lead. With the wind behind them our opponents were creating chances but our defence stood firm.

With the wind behind us we started the second half with intent and in the 50th minute, EWAN ROBERTSON sponsored by SUTHERLAND JOINERY scored our second with a long range effort that flew past their keeper and into the top of the net. Ten minutes later our constant pressure was rewarded when SEAN Mac BRIDE scored our third goal from just outside the box. (Sean doesn't have a player sponsor yet, so if you are interested please get in touch but hurry because a player of this quality will have plenty of interest).
We continued to dominate and in the 87th minute ROSS GIBSON who is sponsored by INDUSTRIAL ROOFING scored with a well taken goal.

This was an excellent performance in tricky conditions and every member of the squad contributed to our victory today and when asked, the referee nominated JOHN NEIL as our Man of the Match. John is sponsored by LANDSCAPE BROTHERS.
