🎬 Six years on… what a difference!

Following on from last week’s blast from the past video from six years ago, we thought it would be fun to recreate it, but this time, with the team as we are today!

It’s amazing to look back and see just how far we’ve come over the years. So, we challenged the girls to recreate the original and show everyone the then vs now. 🙌

And, in true Graeme fashion, our Film Director decided to spring the whole thing on the girls with just 5 minutes’ notice! 😂

Despite the very short preparation time, everyone absolutely rose to the challenge and did a fantastic job. 👏

It’s not just about how much things have changed, it’s also about the people, the memories and the journey along the way. ❤️

🎥 Meet the Team Behind RGM – This Week: Rhys! 🔥

It’s Wednesday, which means it’s time for another edition of our Meet the Team Behind RGM series!

This week, we’re putting the spotlight on Rhys, one of our Gas Engineers. 👷‍♂️

Rhys is actually making a second stint at RGM, and we’re delighted to have him back as part of the team! 👏 Sometimes you don’t realise what you’ve got until it’s gone… thankfully, we managed to get Rhys back! 😉

With the weather looking good this morning, we decided to take advantage of it and move our usual interview studio outside… well, technically onto the back of Rhys’ van in the car park! 😂

It seemed like a great idea at the time… until a van decided to make a guest appearance in the background! 🚐🔊

Apologies for the background noise! We might have to invest in some microphones for future episodes… or perhaps just start checking the car park first! 🎤🤣

Jokes aside, a big thank you to Rhys for taking the time out to take part. It was great to get to know you a little better and hear more about your time at RGM.

One of our installation teams has been out today carrying out a full heating transformation, converting a heat-only system to a brand-new combi boiler, fitting 7 new radiators and completing a full re-pipe. 🔧🏠

Great to see the guys getting stuck into the job, working safely and efficiently, with all the correct safety signage in place. 👏

This video was taken just a few months after we set up the company, and watching it again brought back so many memories. It’s amazing to look back at where we started and compare it to where we are today.

So much has changed over the past six years, the business, the office, the team, the challenges, the successes… but the excitement and ambition that started it all are still very much there. 🚀

Next week, we are going to recreate this video, but this time, in our current office, with our current team.

It’ll be a great way to see just how far we’ve come!

Six years. A lot of hard work. Plenty of memories. And an exciting journey still ahead.

☀️ Yesterday was sunny… so naturally, we made Graeme get in front of the camera! 😂🎥

Our Director Graeme is not a fan of being in front of the camera, but with the sun shining yesterday, he decided to take advantage of it and record a quick video for you.

And there’s plenty to talk about!

🔥 This week has been our busiest week of the year so far for domestic boiler installations.

With autumn approaching and those colder mornings and evenings starting to creep in, lots of people are switching their heating back on, and finding that their boiler isn’t quite up to the job anymore.

We’re doing new quotes every day and, at the moment, there’s no sign of things slowing down!

So Graeme thought he’d explain why a new boiler could be worth considering, especially if your boiler is:

⚠️ Constantly playing up or breaking down
💷 Expensive to run
🥶 Struggling to heat your home
💰 Or you’re simply looking for ways to reduce your heating costs

🍬❤️ What a lovely surprise for the team today! ❤️🍬

The office has just been made a little bit sweeter! 😋

One of our Warmer Homes customers popped into the office today with some very welcomed sweets as a thank you for the fantastic job the whole team did at their property.

The customer specifically wanted to thank everyone involved, from Becca in the office to our engineers, saying that everyone went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to a fantastic standard. 👏

It might seem like a small gesture, but it really does mean a lot.

It’s not every day that a customer takes time out of their own day to come and visit us, and even buys sweets especially for the team, just to say thank you.

That says a lot about the job everyone did. 🥰

So, a massive WELL DONE to the whole team! 🎉

From the people in the office to the engineers out on the road, everyone plays their part, and today we’ve had a lovely reminder of just how much that effort is appreciated.

Now… who’s going to be first to open the chocolates? 😂🍬

🎥 Meet the Team Behind RGM – This Week: Kev! 👷‍♂️

We’re back with another edition of our Meet the Team Behind RGM series, and this week it’s the turn of our Insulation Manager, Kev Docherty! 👏

Kev has been a valued member of the RGM team for the past 2½ years, making sure our insulation work runs smoothly from start to finish. It’s a busy role, and one that Kev has taken to extremely well! 💪

But did you know that insulation wasn’t actually Kev’s original trade?

Kev is a time-served tiler and previously ran his own bathroom installation company before joining the team here at RGM. 🛁🔨

Since making the move, he’s taken on a completely different challenge and has really found his feet in the world of insulation, becoming an important part of the team along the way.

It was great to get Kev in front of the camera and hear a little more about his background, his role at RGM and the person behind the job title.

A big thank you to Kev for taking the time out of his morning to come in and take part, we really appreciate it! 👏

📸 RGM Day 2026 – Meet the Team!

Two weeks ago, we had our annual RGM Day, and what a fantastic day it was! 🎉

We kicked things off bright and early at Dalgety Bay, right by the water, where we had a professional photoshoot for the whole team. From the all-important team photo to individual headshots, everyone stepped in front of the camera and did their best to look the part! 😄

Some of us were definitely more comfortable in front of the camera than others… but we think the results speak for themselves! 👏📷
