🔹 Factory Glazier - A hands-on production role glazing and manufacturing high-quality uPVC windows and doors. Previous experience preferred, but full training will be provided to the right candidate.

🔹 Lead Hand Glazier - An excellent opportunity for an experienced glazier ready to take the next step, helping to lead the team, maintain quality standards and keep production running smoothly.

Both roles are Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 4.30pm,

We caught the red eye this morning to catch up with our colleagues in Belfast. ✈️

The day provided an opportunity to align on key priorities for 2026, including sales, marketing, products and pricing.

It was great to engage with colleagues from across our Dessian and Windowmate branches as we look to the year ahead with confidence! 🚀

Huge congratulations to our fitter Malcolm McNeil, who recently became a proud father to baby Aaron-Joe, born on 7th January and weighing a healthy 7lb 1oz. 💙👶
In December, we said goodbye to our Administrator Anne Carnwath, who has been with us for over five years. Anne is retiring to spend more time with her family, and we’d like to thank her sincerely for all her hard work.
Finally, a warm welcome back to Sianne Adam, who re-joins us in a Administration and Sales Support role. We are delighted to have her back on the team and look forward to working together again.
