🏡 Not every transformation needs to take weeks — sometimes a few days is all it takes to make a big difference! 👌🌿

This week, our GM Landscape team was in Paisley, lifting and replacing a tired block driveway and giving the front of this property a fresh new look.

Alongside the new driveway, we also installed new boundary fencing and gate, really smartening up the entrance and finishing the job off nicely. 👌

A straightforward project with a quick turnaround — in and out within a few days, keeping disruption to an absolute minimum for our customer.

Sometimes it’s the smaller jobs that make a huge difference to the overall appearance of a property!

🚧 KIRKINTILLOCH UPDATE! 🚧

What a difference a couple of days can make! 💪

Our team have been making great progress in Kirkintilloch — and even had to brave the sudden Scottish “heatwave”… all 20 degrees of it! ☀️😂

There’s been plenty of heavy work going on behind the scenes:

🚜 Over 20 tonnes of spoil shifted from the back garden to the front of the property, ready to be uplifted.

🪨 The first 16 tonnes of Type 1 aggregate brought in and moved into place.

🪵 And we’ve now started building the sleeper retaining walls, which are beginning to give the new garden its shape.

That’s a lot of material moved in just a couple of days — and we’re only getting started! 👏

The groundwork might not always be the glamorous part of a garden transformation, but getting the preparation right is what makes the finished job last.

Plenty more to come from this one…

🏡 NEW PROJECT — WISHAW! 🏡

Sometimes the best recommendation is the one right next door! 👏

While completing our recent fire-damaged garden transformation in Wishaw, we received one of the biggest compliments a business can get…

The neighbour saw our team, watched the work progress and has now trusted GM Landscape to transform their fire-damaged garden too! 💪

So, on Monday, after clearing away the last of the protective sheeting and boards from next door, the team made the gruelling 3-metre journey across the driveway 😂 and set everything back up again!

No rest for the team just yet!

This next transformation will include:

🪚 All-new fencing
🪨 Autumn Brown sandstone paving
🌱 Fresh real turf
🏡 A brand-new gazebo, which we'll erect for the customer to finish off their new outdoor space

🔥 AS PROMISED… THE WISHAW FIRE DAMAGE PROJECT IS COMPLETE! 🔥

What a transformation this one has been! 👏

After previously sharing the extensive clearance works required following the fire damage, we’re delighted to show you the finished result.

This garden started as a dark and badly damaged space, with tonnes of scorched debris needing to be cleared before the transformation could even begin.

Once the site was cleared and prepared, our GM Landscape team got to work bringing the garden back to life. 💪

✨ Earthcore Grey porcelain paving
⬛ Charcoal block border
🪚 Two sides of fire-damaged fencing replaced
🧱 Bespoke brick planter with white coping stones
🌱 Fresh turf
🪨 Polar Black decorative aggregate

The brick planter was an addition during the project, and we think it finishes the garden off beautifully! 👌

From a fire-damaged garden filled with scorched debris to a clean, modern outdoor space our client can finally enjoy again — this is exactly the type of transformation we love to see.

A huge well done to everyone involved in getting this project from the initial clearance right through to the finishing touches. 👏

🏡 PROJECT COMPLETE — ALLOA! 🏡

What a transformation from our GM Landscape Resin Team! 👏

This project in Alloa was a serious undertaking from day one — with over 60 tonnes of material excavated just to open up the garden and get the area ready for its transformation.

To give you an idea of what went into this one… 👇

🚜 60+ tonnes excavated
💪 Over 900 wheelbarrow loads
🪨 25+ tonnes of Type 3
🪵 35 sleepers
⬛ 250 charcoal blocks

…and that was all before the tarmac and resin even went down! 😅

The team put in a huge amount of work behind the scenes to get the preparation right — because we firmly believe the quality of what you don’t see is just as important as the finished surface.

The final result has made it all worthwhile. 👌

A big thank you to Daltex Resin Bound for the swift delivery of our materials. The Sunlight resin colour looks absolutely fantastic and really finishes the project off beautifully.

Another project completed and another outdoor space completely transformed by GM Landscape. 💪

🚧 NEW PROJECT UNDERWAY – KIRKINTILLOCH! 🚧

Today, one of our GM Landscape teams got started on another exciting garden transformation in Kirkintilloch. 🌿🏡

As you can see, the builder has left the garden in the usual new-build condition — plenty of muck, rubble and a blank canvas for us to work with! 😅

At GM Landscape, we take the care and protection of our customers’ properties extremely seriously.

Before any work begins, the full driveway is covered with heavy-duty plastic sheeting followed by protective boards. This gives our team a safe working area to:

🔹 Store and remove spoil
🔹 Deliver and store materials
🔹 Mix mortar
🔹 Move equipment safely
🔹 Most importantly — protect the customer’s driveway throughout the project

Once the transformation is complete, the boards are lifted, the protective sheeting is wrapped up and removed, and the area is given a light wash down — leaving everything clean and tidy. 👌

It’s the little details behind the scenes that help us deliver a professional job from start to finish.

A Delayed Post 🌿

Back in July, we took on a project to transform a steep, overgrown and previously unusable area into a tidy, practical and usable space.

The project included:
🌱 Clearing and transforming the hillside
🪵 Decorative bark and w**d membrane
🚗 Extending the driveway with tar
🧱 Extending the mono-block path along the side of the outbuilding
🪵 New privacy fencing
🌿 Additional hedging for a natural finish

It’s safe to say this has been an amazing transformation and has completely freshened up the side of the building!

🔥 Another Transformation Underway! 🌿

A couple of weeks ago, the team took on the challenge of turning this fire-damaged garden back into a safe, usable outdoor space in time for the remainder of the summer.

The clean-up was certainly a messy one! 😆 By the time the guys had finished clearing the damage, they looked more like chimney sweeps than landscapers! 🧹😂

With the area now cleared, the real transformation can begin…

Project Complete! 🌿

Another fantastic transformation by the team at GM Landscape!

We’ve turned this tired, unusable space into a beautiful, practical area that our customer can enjoy with the family all year round.

New sleeper walls and relocating the gate to one end have created a much larger turf area, complemented by beautiful timber decking, a bespoke balustrade and gate for added safety, plus handy storage access underneath.

Another project finished and another very happy customer! 🙌
