This is Ben he is just 10 and he is trying to start up a little company offering headstone cleaning and relettering. Everyday he asks if he has had a new booking, he doesn't understand that marketing is the hardest bit. He thinks its because people wont trust him because hes only 10. So we discussed some marketing ideas and he came up with the idea of doing the first 5 cleaning requests for free if you can give permission for the clean and an honest review of the result of his work and hopefully tell your friends and family about his work. He would ask that if you felt like paying anything after the work that you donate to the charity Stevie Stones as he is looking to donate 10% of future profits to them.
