🎄🎅🧑‍🎄 Well, that's officially a wrap for 2025!!. It has been a busy year but with more varied jobs which has been good. As always, a huge 🙏Thank You🙏 to all our much valued customers for allowing us and trusting us to carry out the work in your homes, and and suppliers for all the help you give us behind the scenes making sure we have the right materials when we need it.

🎉🎊I am very proud to say that as of this September, S. B. INSTALLATIONS is now celebrating its 30th year in business. 🎊🎉.

From day one our priority has always been customer satisfaction
Between us and the amazing, talented, skilled and dedicated other trades we work along side, we all aim for the same thing. To make sure the work we do improves someone's home, their life and fulfills the dream and vision they had.

We have been privileged to have amazing customers over 30 years and we never forget that it is their hard earned money that they are spending on their home. We are just passing through and always realise that what we leave behind, they have to live with.
So we will always go above and beyond to make sure it's what they want.

Self employment is without doubt a double edged sword, as many know!! It is stressful, tiring, frustrating and sometimes you really wonder if it's worth it. But then you also have the other side of seeing a blank canvas, to a finished product. And most importantly, the customers smile 😁. Then you know that it's job done and all worth it👍.

Anyone that knows me knows that I have a passion for what I do and I can't ignore that. It's what drives me on. So, I will keep going as long as my body will allow me to, or my wife does!! 😂😂.

I want to say a huge 🙏THANK YOU 🙏to every single customer who has trusted us to carry out your work, to each and every trade, past and present that I have had the pleasure to work along side, all the suppliers that help us so much behind the scene, and to my employee's of the past and my long serving victim/ employee, Scott O'donnell 😂.

❤️❤️But the biggest 🙏Thank You goes to my Family. To my wife and kids for your patience, support, understanding and love over the years. All the late nights, lost weekends, "sorry I won't make it" events or holidays. Without you, I couldn't do this.❤️❤️

👋👋. Hi everyone. Hope you're all enjoying the summer. Not posted for while due to holidays and working hard since our return.

Here is a project we worked on for a good friend of ours and a longstanding contractor who we have worked with for many years!!

Major renovation of the bathroom including a full new floating floor due to years of leaking water below the floor that couldn't have been detected until it was too late.

All walls and floor had to be dried out prior to any work being carried out which too over a month. But as you can see, the transformation is stunning 😍😍👌👌. Lots of hard work, scratching heads, a few swear words, and sleepless nights.

But, in the end, all completed, happy customer, job done. 👍

🙏🙏 It's always a pleasure and a privilege to be able to carry out work for previous customers. These lovely people asked us back to upgrade and replace a kitchen we installed for them 14 years ago!!

Also a nice feeling knowing that this was fitted originally while Kev at KJK Installations worked with me before going on to bigger and better things, and this new one was fitted with me by his successor, Scott O'donnell. Keeping the chain going. Also very strange to rip out your own work!!! But I knew where all the screws were at least! 😂😂.

A lovely, fresh upgrade with lovely brass accessories, new laminate flooring throughout, new skirtings and Facings and a pop up socket on the island for the laptop!.

Thanks once again to Mikey at MP Plastering (and Tosh) for a top job once again on the kitchen, hall, and stair ceilings, D.W Recycling and Removal, and Sparkright Electrical Services.

📺📺Well, not very often you sit watching TV and see the kitchen you fitted a year ago with Joe Swash cooking in it!! 😂😂😂. So now I can officially say, S. B. INSTALLATIONS kitchens, 'As seen on TV' 📺📺 😂😂

Recent installation for great customers Jason and Maggie. Yet again, we pick up the damages left behind by previous trades.

A major leak in the kitchen which had completely ruined the chipboard flooring and joists below it resulting in the whole lot needing replaced.

We then removed some plasterboard and spotted some damp on the wall framing. It then became clear that the ceiling was also soaked, cause by a leak from a poorly installed shower and tray 2 years earlier.
This required us to remove, repair and refit the shower and all silicone around the tray as a temporary repair and re board the ceiling in the kitchen.
As a result, the customer has lost all confidence in the bathroom and wants us back to remove it and install a new one.

But after all the setbacks, they have been left with a beautiful new kitchen with quartz worktops, herringbone LVT flooring, a small work station to work from home and peace of mind knowing it's all on top of a brand new, solid floor!.

Job's like this make all the hard work, stress and worry, worthwhile.🥵🥵🥵

Privileged to have returning customers, Carol and Aly, come back to us for a much needed bathroom upgrade. After moving in to the property they found there had been a major leak behind the bath and below the floor from various joints. Result, flooring, plasterboard, framing and insulation all ruined.

After discussing it with the customers, it was decided to individually pipe every single thing with no joints below the floor and install separate isolation for each individual supply. Future proofing any issues that may occur.

Complete re Plumb, new flooring and framing, new plasterboard and cement board, fully tiled floor and walls, PVC ceiling panels with downlights, new in-line fan fitted in the loft to help with the steam, and LED lighting in the niche and below the sink.
😍😍STUNNING! 😍😍
