🏡 Always nice to come back and see a transformation like this.

A few years on and this 220m² detached 3-bedroom home with double garage still looks stunning.

We completed the re-battening and Western Red Cedar cladding, working alongside quality suppliers including Brooks Bros  to achieve the finished look.

It’s even better when previous customers come back to us for their next project. 🤝

🧱 Quantas Construction – Bran Project Progress Update

Another project moving along nicely! 👷‍♂️🔨

We’re well underway on this Bran renovation project, with plenty of progress already made:

✅ Soil pipe installed
✅ New concrete slab installed
✅ Blockwork going up for the internal walls and gable end
✅ New lintels being installed
✅ First stage of damp treatment completed
✅ Plenty more work still to come!

It’s great to see this project taking shape, and we’ll be sharing regular updates as the work progresses. 📸

Giving a hand to J H S Carpentry & Joinery on this barn timber door and window restoration. 🪵🔨

Glazing units, handles, beads, hinges and locking mechanisms replaced, with bespoke Sapele beads and tongue-and-groove panelling completed by JHS Carpentry & Joinery

Now it’s ready to hand over to the painter to work his magic! 🎨✨

Stage 1 complete at the farmhouse renovation! 💪🏡

The old pine end stone wall has been carefully taken down and cleared, drainage is now installed, footings are in, the new Alkathene water main is connected, and the floor has been stoned and compacted with the whacker. Solid foundations for the next stage—great progress and plenty more to come! 🚜🔨

🚜 Farmhouse Project Update

Work is well underway on the farmhouse project. The building inspector has deemed the existing pine end wall unsafe, so it’s being carefully taken down and rebuilt in 9-inch block to ensure a safe, solid structure.

We’ll be sharing progress photos as the work continues, including the underpinning of the other walls and the rebuild of the end wall. 🧱🏡
