Williams Electrical

Thank you to Carmelo Colasanto for visiting us today. It was great to discuss the challenges facing our industry, particularly apprenticeships and the shortage of skilled electricians.

It’s important that local businesses have the opportunity to share their experiences and help shape the future of our industry.

Diolch for taking the time to meet with us! 👏

Great to visit Williams Electrical today and meet Wayne and the team.

A fantastic local business, providing skilled jobs for local people right here in Carmarthenshire.

We discussed the challenges they're facing, particularly around apprenticeships and the shortage of qualified electricians. Getting more young people into the trades matters for our local economy, and I'll be raising these issues in the Senedd over the coming weeks.

Diolch for having me!

We're incredibly excited for the next chapter in our journey! We can't thank Welsh Government enough for their financial contribution towards our new offices and for backing us throughout the process. A huge thank you also to Business Wales for their invaluable guidance, advice, and support every step of the way.

This is a significant milestone for us, and we can't wait to see what the future holds. Exciting times ahead! 👏🏼

An expansion plan for a site in Cross Hands has been boosted by Welsh Government support.
