A nice heart warming story to kick off the festive period. Phil the pheasant had moved himself into a heavily populated area and was being a little cranky and aggressive towards the residents. Our technician Charles managed to have a quick chat with him and Phil agreed that he'd be much more comfortable in a nice rural setting. All's well that ends well!
