We LOVE local projects!😍🥰 and the installation of the Ferndale outdoor gym for Central Swindon North Parish Council was a great success for us and for the local community! 🙌

We were proud to sponsor this fantastic FREE fitness event on Saturday in support of the local council, who have created this excellent facility for all to use. Ideally located on a popular walking and jogging route, why not take a look next time you're out and about? 👀💪

🏋️ FREE Community Fitness Session – Ferndale Outdoor Gym! 🌳

Fancy giving the outdoor gym a try but not quite sure where to start? Come along on Saturday 15th August for a free, friendly community fitness session at Ferndale Outdoor Gym.

We’ll be running two short 30-minute guided sessions, giving you the chance to learn how to use the equipment safely, try different exercises and build confidence using the outdoor gym.

🕥 Session 2: 10:30–11:00am

The sessions are completely free, beginner-friendly and open to local residents of all abilities. Just wear suitable clothing, bring some water and come along!

The event is hosted by Central Swindon North Parish Council, in partnership with Harlequin Group and Rise Studio.

💧 We’ll also have some free CSNPC water bottles available for attendees while stocks last!

No booking required – just turn up and have a go! 💪🌿

Shout out to our Harlequin Playgrounds team who have been braving the boiling weather 🥵🫠 to deliver some brand new surfacing at Brookfield Play Area for our fabulous clients at Haydon Wick Council! 🙌😁 We are working hard to complete the project over the coming week! 👍

Let's hope the sunny weather returns, so local residents can make the most of our recently installed outdoor gym at Ferndale!

Harlequin Playgrounds worked closely with Central Swindon North Parish Council to develop and install this scheme, and it's great to see it open to the public! Another local project we're proud to have delivered in Swindon!

Great to see the outdoor gym at Ferndale in the sunshine.

The site includes a range of free-to-use fitness equipment including:
• Cross trainer
• Ski walker
• Seated chest press
• Shoulder press
• Waist twister
• Sit-up bench
• Balance and step equipment

A brilliant local facility for anyone wanting to keep active outdoors while enjoying the green space and walking routes around the park. 💪🌳

You may have seen this park on our page, recently completed for Cainscross Town Council... we were tasked with giving the play area a facelift, within a set budget, and we'll be honest, we think it looks fantastic! We started by refreshing the surfacing with some super colourful banding and graphics, and then added some new, inclusive, sensory equipment - all of which has really boosted this play area and given it a new lease of life!

Now open for the local community to use, the area looks bright, fun and appealing, and packs a huge amount of play value for all abilities and ages!

This one is a throw back to earlier in March... we were honoured to be asked to speak at our own local parish council's Annual Parish Meeting, presenting about our work with them to develop a brand new outdoor gym for our local community. It was, as always, a pleasure to work with the Haydon Wick Council team! 👏 💛

It was a fantastic opportunity not just to talk about our work, but also to be a part of celebrating the achievements of the council and other individuals and organisations working to improve our local Haydon Wick community! 💕 🥰 🙌
