Concrete Path Installation – Woolstanwood, Crewe

Removal and disposal of the existing concrete path, followed by excavation to the required depth. Installation of timber formwork and a compacted Type 1 sub-base, accurately levelled with the correct falls to ensure effective drainage. Supplied and poured new concrete, professionally finished to provide a durable, long-lasting pathway.

New Window Opening & Installation – Woolstanwood, Crewe

Creation of a new window opening, including the installation of a new structural lintel and careful brickwork alterations with the new masonry seamlessly blended into the existing façade. Supplied and fitted a new uPVC double-glazed window, providing an attractive, energy-efficient, and weather-resistant finish.

UPVC Fascia, Soffit & Guttering Replacement – Woolstanwood, Crewe

Complete replacement of the existing fascia and soffit system with new low-maintenance uPVC fascias and soffits. Installation of new OGEE profile guttering, felt support trays and replacement of any rotten roof timbers where required. The project was completed with the installation of universal dry verge systems, providing a durable, maintenance-free finish and improved protection against the elements.

Carport Roof Replacement – Woolstanwood, Crewe

Removal and disposal of the existing fibreglass roof sheets, followed by the installation of a new 10mm twin-wall polycarbonate roofing system.
The new roof provides a durable, weather-resistant finish with improved light transmission and long-lasting performance.

Complete strip-out of the existing garage roof, followed by the installation of new roof decking and a high-performance EPDM rubber roofing system. The project covered approximately 50m², providing a durable, weatherproof, and low-maintenance finish.

Week 9 complete ✅

Just under 80m of trenches excavated to 1m for the installation of the water main.

This required the cutting and breaking of the existing concrete drive/yard. The concrete slab was between 4 to 6 inches deep which made it a tedious task to complete.

The ground conditions were perfect for digging with a sandy soil consistency.

After an inspection and a pass from the utilities inspector we then needed to back fill to a level of 600mm below ground level for the new main electric supply to be fitted shortly.

End of week 8 and the roof is complete and the scaffolding has been taken down.

What a transformation!

Next week we will be digging approximately 80m of trenches for a new main water supply and mains power, ready for the utility company's to install.
