Not every building project is about creating something completely new.
Quite often, the real value is in helping a client get more from the space they already have. Better layout. Better flow. Better use of underperforming areas. More capacity without the need for a full new build.
In education settings, especially, that kind of work can make a big difference. The right reconfiguration can create more usable teaching space, improve how an area functions day-to-day, and help the building work harder for the people using it.
It is a good reminder that practical building work is often about solving the right problem, not just carrying out the obvious job.
