Sometimes its just a fresh coat of paint whilst other times it may be more involved - this may include wallpapering or repairing and reinstating surfaces prior to painting including dealing with rotting wood sections, damp staining and plaster or render repair and skimming. We offer our services to both residential and commercial premises and are often called upon to do end of tenancy refurbs. We can also help personalise new builds which tend to be finished in white or magnolia! Builders requiring post second fix decoration on projects are welcome; we can sub-contract to you or work directly for your client. We also do installation services such as laminate floor laying as well as refurbishing kitchens and bathrooms. Work can be priced by quote or charged by the hour or a daily rate.

A conservatory decorated recently. Crumbling damaged render was removed and repaired. The walls were painted with Dulux Trade Pure Brilliant White with an anti-mould adaptive. The woodwork was finished with Dulux Trade white satinwood.

A stairwell and landing redecoration in North Tawton. An ugly hand rail had been removed and the damaged wall beneath repaired and smoothed, together with some other areas that needed attention.
The walls and ceilings were then given two coats of Dulux Trade “Funny Feeling” dusky pink smooth Matt emulsion.

Our latest external decoration completed. After some minor repairs and ivy removal the walls received two coats of Dulux Weathershield “Gardenia” smooth masonry paint.
The black skirts were finished with Dulux Weathershield black.

Redecoration of a dining room in a mid Devon cottage. Some damaged sections of wall were repaired and then painted with Dulux Trade Magnolia Matt emulsion and the ceiling with Dulux Trade pure brilliant white. Part of the fire place was painted with Dulux black.
The windows were then finished in Dulux Trade satinwood.

An on-going project on an Okehampton property, which is being completed an elevation at a time.

We did many repairs to the existing lime based render and repairs/rebuilding to the corner “quoins” prior to priming and top coats using Emperor “Brown Sugar” hydrophobic, breathable masonry paint. The details were picked out with “heritage white” Emperor paint.

A kitchen in a pretty cottage redecorated today. All surfaces were painted using Dulux Trade; Magnolia Matt emulsion on the walls, with the ceiling in Pure Brilliant white and woodwork with white satinwood.

Internal decoration of a stairwell and landing in a characterful Crediton property.
After some prep, the walls were painted with Little Greene “French Grey Pale”.
The ceiling was painted with Dulux Trade “Pure Brilliant white”.
The woodwork, including shelving, skirtings and door frames were undercoated with Johnstone’s Aquaguard and then top coated with Johnstones “Pure Brilliant white” satinwood.

Internal decoration of a lounge in a characterful Crediton property.
After some prep, including a mist coat to a re-rendered area, the walls were painted with Little Greene “French Grey Pale”.
Ceilings were treated with a stain block to cover historic water damage and then painted with Dulux Trade “Pure Brilliant white”.
The woodwork, including internal window frames, black wooden beams and wood panelling were undercoated with Johnstone’s Aquaguard and then top coated with Johnstones “Pure Brilliant white” satinwood.
