Another safe home ready for move-in day 🙌

We recently inspected a “relatively new” boiler for a new homeowner and found a poorly installed flue, emitting gases back into the boiler — damaging the boiler and a serious safety risk. Suspected DIY install, no paperwork, no commissioning documentation, warranty void 🚫

The fix? They chose a full replacement done properly 👌
Now they’ve got:
✔️ A brand new boiler
✔️ 5-year warranty
✔️ Safe, compliant installation
✔️ Complete peace of mind

With a tiled bathroom above and move-in day fast approaching, we upgraded the gas supply and neatly routed it around the kitchen (ready to be boxed in later) for same day completion 💪🏻
