Cold water tank in the loft was overflowing outside. Had to change the Ballvalve.
Had a very low pitched roof with limited access and typically the ballvalve was the round the back of the tank!!

Most of the hard work is hidden under the floor!!

A friend asked me to flush a system he just fitted a new Boiler to. This is a Magnetic type that picks out the particles from within the system water and traps them onto two magnets. A cleaner was added to the system prior to help with the process then upon completion a system inhibitor was added.
A fernox system filter was added to the system to provide ongoing 24 hour protection that can be cleaned out at every annual service
