Heating-Plumbing & Warm Air specialists. We are a family run business and our ethos is customer satisfaction. I have been trading within the heating-plumbing & warm air industry since 1990 running my own business as well as contracting to British Gas as one of there most experienced engineers. Daniel my eldest son also works for the company and has over 10 years experience, he is fully qualified and has a particular interest in the warm air side of things. All our work is carried out to a high standard, we are knowledgeable experienced and conscientious workmen you can trust that are CRB checked (police vetted) friendly, trustworthy and tidy. At Gas Trading Ltd we cover all aspects of Heating-Plumbing & Warm Air systems including:
landlord certificates, gas safety checks, boiler installations, full heating systems, vented and unvented cylinders, boiler servicing & repairs, power flushing, cookers/hobs/fires, heating controls, radiators, towel rails, underfloor heating, general plumbing, plumbing repairs, blocked drains, water leaks, toilet flushing/dripping issues, bathrooms, kitchens and much more with a 24h emergency call out. We carry out servicing, repair & replacement of warm air systems. We are also experienced in converting warm air systems to conventional boiler systems. 🔺THROUGH THE MONTH’S OF JUNE/JULY WE ARE OFFERING A FREE FERNOX OMEGA MAGNETIC FILTER WITH EVERY POWER FLUSH🔺
This is a short video of one of our power flush machines connected to the heating system. The advantages of a power flush are to improve the efficiency of the heating system, this will including cold spots on radiators, sludge removal and improve circulation and heat up times, also less stress on the components generally extending the life of your system. A F3 cleaner will be put in at the start of your flush this will circulate around your system, when this process is finished this will then be flushed out with clean water and the machine will be disconnected and a F1 inhibitor will be put into the system for further protection. Some customers also request a magnetic filter to be fitted at the same time which will continue to collect and filter impurities. This process is usually completed in one day.

This was a refurbishment 3 story house with concrete floors, we installed a Worcester system boiler to the top floor with a vertical flue, 300L megaflow unvented cylinder to the ground floor with a temporary watermain whilst the builder was digging a trench for the new watermain to be laid. We then connected and commissioned the underfloor heating pipes that had been channelled into the concrete by a separate specialist company (arranged by the customer) lots of additional works on this job but forgot to take pictures of towel rails, plumbing to all bathrooms, including installing the suites, plumbing to kitchen and utility. Boiler and cylinder replacement after boiler was condemned for dangerous flue position into a lean to and cylinder was leaking. A energy-efficient Worcester boiler was installed with the flue through the roof and sealed to regulations and new cylinder installed in one day by Peter & Daniel for happy customer in Maidenbower
