We are based in Crawley, West Sussex and provide plumbing and heating services to our surrounding areas such as Horsham, East Grinstead, Horley, Redhill and Reigate.

Being a Gas Safe registered company, we feel it is important to deliver in a professional and safe manner, with our customers feeling reassured in what we do. We design and install all aspects of plumbing and heating.

Our engineers are experienced, motivated and highly qualified to ensure that we are the right company for your needs.

👋 Well... it's only taken us nearly 6 months, but we thought it was probably about time we formally introduced Chris!

So, meet Chris Bromley 👋

Chris joined the ORCA team earlier this year and, somehow, he's already approaching six months with us. Time really does fly when you're busy!

Chris is a Gas Safe registered Plumbing & Heating Engineer, and he's had an incredible start with us.

He's quickly shown himself to be:

🔧 Methodical – taking the time to properly understand a job and get things right.

👀 Extremely vigilant – paying close attention to the details and never taking shortcuts.

🏡 Careful and considerate – treating customers' homes with the same care and respect we'd expect from anyone representing ORCA.

And just as importantly, he's fitted into the team brilliantly.

It's been fantastic seeing Chris settle into the team, and we're really pleased with how he's approached his first few months with us.

We're looking forward to plenty of our existing customers meeting Chris, as well as lots of new customers getting to know him over the months and years ahead.

So, if you see Chris and the ORCA van turn up at your door... you'll now know who you're dealing with! 👋

🚨 Emergency job yesterday 🚨

We were called out after a mains water pipe got damaged behind a wall, leaving a mum and her kids with no water.

Safe to say… the pipe had a rough day 😅

We were on site within a few hours and Calum got it sorted quickly and professionally 👌

Great work from the office getting it booked in fast, and top job from Calum on the repair 👏

🔧 This Week at ORCA 🔧

It's been another busy week across Crawley and the surrounding areas, with our team attending an incredible 119 jobs.

This week we've:

✅ Welcomed a new member of the team who has completed a fantastic first week of training
✅ Completed a wide range of plumbing repairs, tap replacements and so on
✅ Responded to numerous urgent leaks
✅ Carried out radiator replacements
✅ Completed complex boiler repairs and annual services
✅ Conducted landlord gas safety inspections

We've also had Tony spending a day renewing qualifications to ensure we're always delivering the highest standards for our customers.

A huge thank you to everyone who trusted ORCA with their plumbing and heating needs this week.

Whether it's a small repair, annual boiler service or a larger installation project, we genuinely appreciate every customer who chooses us.
