Nutley project completion 🏡 💫

We are delighted to share with you this amazing newly formed 5 bedroom home in Nutley, East Sussex.

This old tired property with a very awkward layout on the ground and first floor has been completely transformed.

We began by completely removing the existing roof, demolishing a chimney and effectively starting again.

We raised the ridged height, cut and pitched the new layout, forming 4 new dormers to the front elevation and one large dormer to the rear.

New tiled roof with valleys and flat rubber roof to the rear. New gables formed and finished to the highest standard.

The configuration of the property has had a huge uplift creating another bedroom, a large master with en-suite, new family bathroom, new electrics and heating system, full plaster, new doors and amazing new soft wood flooring to the first floor.

On the ground floor a new staircase with balustrades, new kitchen and utility with the reconfigured layout removing walls and opening up the hallway.

We’re overjoyed with the out come and would like to thank everyone involved for the highest standard of craftsmanship.

This young family can now enjoy there amazing new home.
