Cunningham Gardens is looking to appoint an experienced Landscape Operations & Contracts Manager to join our senior team.
This is a newly created position within an established and respected landscape construction company, offering the opportunity to play a key role in the continued success of our business.
We are looking for an experienced landscape professional with a strong background in both hard and soft landscaping who can confidently undertake estimating, manage projects from quotation through to completion, and work closely with our in-house teams to consistently deliver exceptional standards.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, building strong client relationships and leading from the front.
We’re looking for someone with:
· Extensive landscape construction experience
· Strong estimating and commercial awareness
· Excellent horticultural knowledge
· Experience delivering high-quality residential and commercial landscape projects
· The ability to lead, support and motivate teams
· A passion for quality and attention to detail
