Before and afters of this newly finished bathroom. Complete layout change on this one to customers requests.

Upon removal of old bath and tiles the flooring and plasterboard were found to be totally rotten, this was replaced and appropriately sealed from water ingress prior to continuing with the install.

Just a lick of paint required and it will look superb. All works carried out in house so no need to chase up multiple trades.

The external wall was stripped back and insulated,

Then a full new suite, units and waterproof flooring fitted,

A shower was also fitted above the bath along with wetwall panelling

3 velux windows supplied and installed to provide light into a bedroom/ensuite, we also stripped the external walls and ceiling then insulated.

A new shower tray, valve,wetwall and screen was then fitted in the ensuite along with a new towel radiator then the existing basin and toilet was reinstalled.

We Also fitted a pocket door system to maximize space.

Another Powrmatic Oil Fired workshop fitted this week up in chilly Tomintoul ❄️

This time with steel ducting fitted to transfer the heat into different areas of the property.

I stripped this one down before hand as there was no access for a forklift, then re-assembled when in location upon its stand which i made a few days prior.

Now the owner and staff will be cozy in the workshop all year round.

Here is a Oil Fired workshop heater we installed for a Local car sales company, Just in time for the colder weather. The oil pipe was routed around the outside of the building to a new oil tank which we also fitted. A tigerloop was fitted due to the heater being fitted higher than the oil supply. The Flue was routed through the roof and appropriate seagul protection was added.
