Another milestone for Loughview Timber in Liverpool 🏗️

We supplied all pre-hung door sets, skirting, and architrave for Phase 1 of the To***co Warehouse apartments at Stanley Dock - once the world’s largest brick warehouse, now home to luxury lofts overlooking the Mersey.

We also delivered joinery for the award-winning Titanic Hotel next door, a landmark restoration of industrial heritage.

Credit to Harcourt for leading the vision and to Abercorn Construction for top-class delivery on site.

Proud to be part of this iconic regeneration.

I told the Boss I’ll need at least two nights, a full breakfast, and maybe a quick spa session to have a proper look at the work we’ve done at Lough Eske Castle.

We supplied the full joinery package - door sets, fire doors, skirting, and architrave throughout this incredible project. No doubt the work’s perfect - I just wouldn’t mind seeing it again in person.

She thought it was a luxury weekend away. Bags packed. Nails done. Ready for room service.

What I didn’t mention… I was actually going to take photos of our joinery work.
Not the spa. Not the bar. Just me, wandering around admiring the doors, skirting, and fire doors we supplied.

Maybe not her dream weekend… but definitely a solid job from Loughview Timber.
