Since March 1st, I've covered 431.2 km, translating to 268 miles, pushed through 2 marathon races, back to back marathons over a weekend and conquered 1 ultra-marathon spanning 100km. My efforts have led to two top 10 finishes, marking a significant accomplishment in my journey.

The transition back to running, reignited after a hiatus post-military service, has been nothing short of transformative for my mental and physical well-being. It's prepared me not just for the races, but for what lies ahead on the mountains. With my training phase now in the rearview, I'm focusing on acclimatization ahead of an expedition to Alaska to climb Denali, accompanied by Kevin Pilgrim

This endeavor has been a testament to the power of setting and surmounting ambitious goals, especially after taking time off. It's a reminder of how essential mental and physical challenges are for growth.

Upon my return, I'm excited to start working with new clients, including a medium-sized business owner ready to elevate their company, individuals seeking fitness and goal-setting guidance to implement positive changes, and two clients interested in my basic financial orientation to help start making they’re money work for them!

Although the yard has now gone. We still operate machine which are available for hire. 8-400k crane fed chipper for hire with operator £950 + vat. Predator 56 rx Grinder £250+vat a day self operated. All great machinery which will help speed jobs up. Can get the chipper in tight spots also as not crazy big 🙌
