AG Developments was founded by Adrian Griffiths in 1979. For 35 years we have been based in the heart of the Vale of Glamorgan, South Wales. Our clients have been situated all over the South and South West of England and Wales, we have worked in London, Bath, Cheltenham & Bristol. However, most of our customers live close by, in Cowbridge, Cardiff, Bridgend, Porthcawl and Llantrisant. Our strength

Another happy customer! 😁

We have recently finished this whole house renovation in Pentyrch. This work has made such a difference to this house and has brought the house up to date with some new amazing features including a new kitchen diner, bathroom and cloakroom.

Work we completed included:
• Wall taken down between old kitchen and dining room to create one room including hidden steel beams in the ceiling
• Completely re-plastered
• Re-wired
• New central heating
• New upstairs bathroom
• New bi-fold doors replacing existing window
• Blocking up existing doorway into a window
• New flooring laid downstairs
• Cloakroom under the stairs
• New drainage
• Old doorways blocked up
