No skips, no excavators, no piles of spoil, no concrete mixers, no mess to clear up afterwards.

All of those things can add time, labour and cost to a traditional concrete foundation.

Ground screws are installed directly into the ground, leaving a clean site that’s ready for the next stage of the build immediately. Sometimes the saving isn’t just in the foundation, it’s in everything you don’t need around it.
