MEN'S HEALTH WEEK is well underway and we're raising awareness of some of the health issues affecting men and encouraging everyone to take proactive steps towards better physical and mental wellbeing.
is now one of the most common cancers affecting men. So during we're focusing on prostate health, and the importance of getting tested, by sending every man in our workforce a home testing kit.
Early stages often show no symptoms, which is why awareness and regular health checks are so important. A simple blood test can help identify potential issues early and may support earlier diagnosis and treatment.
Also, as part of our award-winning "Let's Talk" campaign we’re also promoting , a UK charity that offers free, confidential peer-support groups for men aged 18 and over.
Their message aims to break the stigma surrounding men's mental health and remind men that they don't have to face challenges alone. There are local groups you can attend as well to meet others if you want to talk.
Alongside regular health checks, Men’s Health Week is also a reminder to:

🍻 Reduce smoking and excessive alcohol consumption
