Another major project completed for Jaybees Multi-Services ✅
After an extremely busy year, we’re proud to have completed our cleaning works across the CODE Coventry student accommodation projects here in Coventry.
We may not have posted much over the last few months, but that certainly doesn’t mean we haven’t been busy — quite the opposite! Our teams have been working across both the existing CODE Fairfax accommodation and the new GALA development.
We’ve included a video showing what one of the rooms looked like before we went in, followed by photos of some of the finished rooms. Believe it or not, the room in the video was actually one of the better ones! 😂 It gives a good idea of what our cleaners were dealing with and the transformation required to get the rooms up to standard.
Across the projects, we completed the cleaning of student accommodation rooms and builders cleans throughout GALA, as well as additional cleaning of communal, ground-floor and entrance windows.
It’s been a challenging year at times, with plenty learned along the way, but ultimately we successfully delivered the works required.
A massive thank you to every cleaner and member of the Jaybees team involved this year. And to the cleaners — I apologise for the amount of snags I made you go back and sort! 😂 You know what I’m talking about! It was all constructive and the standards had to be met, so thank you for your patience.
A huge thank you to CODE Coventry for once again giving Jaybees the opportunity to carry out works for them. It’s always a privilege to work for CODE along their amazing team of staff we work alongside, going through highs, lows, laughs and stresses together and we’re extremely grateful for their continued trust.
We’d also like to recognise Summerhouse Management Company and all the contractors and trades involved in bringing the GALA development together.
Moving forward, we’re keen to take on further student accommodation, builders cleans and new-build cleaning contracts.
Another contract delivered. More experience gained. On to the next one. 💪
