Are you organised, proactive, and great with people? We’re looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our growing electronic security company and support our busy office team.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
Managing day-to-day office admin tasks
Handling calls, emails, and customer enquiries
Scheduling engineer visits, installations & maintenance
Updating job records and CRM systems
Supporting invoicing, orders, and general office operations

✅ What We’re Looking For
Previous admin or office experience
Strong organisation and multitasking skills
Confident communication (phone & email)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
A proactive, can-do attitude
