⚠️ Exhibitor Warning: SPATEX 2027 Stand Space Scams

It’s that time of year again… unfortunately, the scammers are at large!

We’ve received reports of fraudulent emails offering to sell stand space at SPATEX 2027. These emails have been sent from a Gmail account and are not from the SPATEX team.

Please remain vigilant and be cautious if you receive an unexpected offer of stand space or an email claiming to represent SPATEX.

How to protect yourself:
- Check the sender’s email address. Be wary of messages sent from personal email accounts rather than official SPATEX email addresses.
- Don’t make any payments or share personal or financial information in response to suspicious emails.
- Don’t click on links or open attachments if you’re unsure of the sender.
- Contact the SPATEX team directly if you have any concerns about the legitimacy of an email or an offer of stand space.
- See our website for further details: https://www.spatex.co.uk/exhibit/exhibitor-warning-2027

Please remember that the safest way to confirm any stand space offer is to verify it directly with the SPATEX team using our established contact details.

Thank you for helping us spread the word and keep our SPATEX exhibitor community safe. Please share this warning with your colleagues to help prevent others from falling victim to these scams.

Behind every successful exhibition is a great team.

The SPATEX team recently managed to get together in person for a rare social event, giving us the chance to catch up, have some fun, and strengthen the relationships that help us deliver the show year after year.

As the team continues to grow, we believe it's just as important to invest in each other as it is to invest in the exhibition itself. Great teamwork creates great results, and a little time away from our desks goes a long way.

We had a fantastic time and are already looking forward to working together to make SPATEX even bigger and better.
