Some valuable knowledge can slip through the cracks, as in .plumbing’s case as she discusses with CopperMan the challenges of starting out as self-employed, and the lack of support provided in school.

Our Lawton Next Gen initiative aims to enhance skill bases and patch the gap in knowledge young people starting out in the trades may have when it comes to working with copper, but more is needed to be done to support those with the ins and outs of running their own businesses.
