About Covkill Pest Control
Covkill Pest Control Ltd is an established and growing pest management company based in Coventry, providing professional pest control and environmental services across the Midlands and further afield.
We work with a wide range of clients, including housing providers, commercial organisations, residential developments and other large contract customers.
Due to continued growth, we are now looking for an organised and confident Contracts Coordinator to join our team and help manage the day-to-day delivery of our growing contract portfolio.
The Role
This is an important position within the business, working closely with our Managing Director, office team, pest control technicians and clients.
You will help ensure our contracts run smoothly, jobs are completed within required timescales, reports and supporting evidence are accurate, and our clients receive a consistently high standard of service.
The role will involve both office-based contract management and communication with technicians and clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the day-to-day running of commercial and housing contracts
* Act as a key point of contact for contract clients
* Monitor jobs, appointments, outstanding works and follow-up actions
* Ensure contract requirements, KPIs and service levels are being achieved
* Review technician job reports, recommendations and photographs
* Identify outstanding recommendations and ensure appropriate follow-up action is taken
* Liaise with technicians regarding ongoing jobs and more complex pest issues
* Respond to client queries and assist with complaints and escalations
* Help coordinate urgent and priority works
* Maintain accurate contract and job records
* Assist with monthly contract reporting and performance information
* Monitor recurring sites and planned pest-control programmes
* Help identify additional works arising from inspections
* Support the preparation of quotations, tenders and contract renewals
* Attend client meetings where required
* Work with the Managing Director to continually improve service delivery
What Weβre Looking For
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, confident communicating with clients and comfortable taking ownership of problems.
You should be able to manage multiple jobs and priorities at the same time without losing sight of the details.
Experience within social housing, facilities management, property maintenance, compliance, pest control or another service-based contract environment would be particularly beneficial.
Pest-control experience would be an advantage, but it is not essential, as training can be provided.
More important to us is finding someone who understands customer service, takes pride in their work and can keep contracts organised from start to finish.
Ideally, You Will Have
* Previous experience coordinating contracts, maintenance works or field-based services
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Confidence dealing directly with clients
* Experience working with job management or CRM systems
* Good Microsoft Office skills
* The ability to prioritise a busy workload
* Excellent attention to detail
* A practical approach to solving problems
* A full UK driving licence
Experience working with housing associations or social-housing providers would be particularly advantageous.
