Where are you in the cycle and how important is it to keep an organised calendar to make sure you can manage expectations whilst being reliable 👷🏻 🔨 🪚 🪏

Absolute killer of a day concreting and having to mix it... Like in the olden days 🤣
I remember starting on site (more years ago than I care to admit!) and things that were not about. Can you name any??
I'll start forklifts 🤦🏻‍♂️ (I know 👴🏻) and Silos...

The final current family introduction for ST James Builders LTD is the third generation Walton in the team, grandson, son and nephew, Sean Walton.
The youngest member of St James Builders, Sean had been working any holidays and taking opportunities to learn from age 14/15! He studied electrics at College and brings this trade skill with him as well as all the ones he's picked up working alongside his Grandad, Dad and uncles.
In addition to working for St James Builders, Sean is a director and joint company owner with Coventry Castles so can often be spotted at weekends supplying the city's bouncy castle needs!
