45 minutes later - Minor bits, and very little denibbing! Got the room done with 1st & 2nd coats, with this heat there wasn’t a roller line nor brush mark to be seen, my client was 😮’d! Flow and Bond for the win 🏆 To be continued on Monday :)

It amazes me when I think about it.. just how much pain my body endures, more-so working in this industry. I LOVE painting and decorating, consulting, color engagement with my clients and creative applications. What keeps me going is constant movement, Bi-weekly Shiatsu appointment’s, and hip injections today! Really hoping this helps, I’d would be great to live and work with less pain 😎 yes!
