Garage Door Fitter — Coventry
£30,000–£32,000 + annual bonus
We're a family-run garage door company covering Coventry and the West Midlands, supplying and installing doors for domestic customers. We're a small team and we're looking for one more fitter to join us.
The role: installing garage doors — sectional, roller, up-and-over and side-hinged — at people's homes, plus the occasional repair or service call. Van and tools provided for work use, kept at our yard. Local work, home every night.
What we're after: someone practical and hands-on who can think on their feet. No two garages are the same, so problem solving matters more than a long list of qualifications. Garage door experience is great, but if you've fitted windows, doors or done joinery and you're willing to learn, we'll train you. Full UK driving licence needed.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with a bit of flexibility as some days run past 5 to finish a job properly. No weekends.
What you get: £30,000–£32,000 depending on experience, annual performance bonus, 30 days holiday including bank holidays, and a genuine place in a small family team rather than being a number at a national firm.
