For this upgrade, we installed:

✨ Bathroom Glow-Up ✨

We’ve been busy the past few weeks working on a full home refresh, and this is 1 of 3 rooms recently completed! The suite, tiles and tile layout were picked by the customer and we worked our magic.

This space got a serious upgrade — clean lines modern finishes, and a fresh, bright feel that completely transforms the room. From updated fixtures to crisp tile work, every detail was chosen to bring style and function together. This is now ready for the customer to finish painting the walls.

It’s always amazing to see how much impact a bathroom renovation can make. And we’re just getting started… 👀

A boiler service turned into a boiler upgrade 🔧🔥

We were booked in for a routine service with this new customer and found the boiler with a failed burner gasket 😬 This had allowed heat damage to the point where the plastic on the underside of the heat exchanger had melted and was leaking – definitely not one to patch up.

The customer opted for a brand new Glow-worm combi boiler with a 10 year parts and labour guarantee instead of a new heat exchanger.

While we were at it, we also:
✅ Upgraded and fully lagged the condensate pipework to protect it from freezing
✅ Installed weather compensation to improve efficiency and comfort
✅ Ensured everything is safe, compliant, and future-proof

We also found and repaired a gas leak on the pipework under the gas hob after finding a drop on a gas tightness test

This shows the importance of servicing and maintaining you’re gas appliances on an annual basis to help avoid costly repairs

Another home left with a reliable, efficient heating system and peace of mind 👍
