Hi guys I'm away on a short break until next week. If it's urgent drop me a WhatsApp and I'll arrange for one of my colleagues to help. Otherwise I will be back into work next Thursday.

Hello! I've got lots of messages in my WhatsApp which I will try to reply to everyone later this eve! If you have messaged and don't receive a reply by tomorrow then please message again as messages are getting lost down my thread x

Just a little message for my customers. I have no space at all now left for October and very few spaces in November. If you have an emergency you can still get in touch as I have another engineer that can help with boiler breakdowns. I'm crazy busy and it's not even cold yet! Thanks for all your support 👊🏼👊🏼

Could you spare 30 minutes for someone in Coventry who might otherwise spend the whole week alone? 💙

Good Neighbours Coventry says around a dozen housebound older people in CV2 are currently waiting to be matched with a volunteer befriender.
It doesn’t involve anything complicated.

Volunteers are matched with someone who shares similar interests - whether that’s football, pets, history, gardening or just having a good chat - and can visit for around 30 minutes a week or fortnight.

You don’t need any qualifications, and the scheme even welcomes people who want to bring along small children or dogs during visits.

There’s an information session today from 1pm–2pm at Moat House Leisure Centre, Winston Avenue, for anyone interested in finding out more.

It’s a pretty small amount of time that could make a massive difference to somebody living just a few streets away.

Know someone in Coventry who’d be brilliant at this? Tag them below. 💙

So I've just been to look at the loft conversion that Andy completed last month now that all the furnishings are in. What an incredible space! From the Juliet balcony that looks over Lake View Park, to the beautiful rosemary tiles on the roof that they painstakingly fitted themselves. I'm not being biased but the attention to detail is second to none and the client is over the moon with the finished job. I couldn't be prouder. If you are looking to have building work done and want him to give you a quote then drop me a message and I'll send his number 🩵💙

*swipe till the end to see the end result*

So our beautiful Reno house needs lots of time and money to get it to where we want it. Neither of which we have just yet. So in the meantime Andy (and myself occasionally) having doing what we can with what was basically a jungle at the end of the garden complete with Japanese knotweed. Having knotweed meant we were limited on what we could do with the space. Over a year long period we have cut everything down excavated and removed the knotweed (through a proper company btw) laid down a membrane that can't be penetrated by even water or sunlight (which proved to be a nightmare in rainy season) Then in his spare time, Andy has has built a beautiful outside space for us to chill out in. I know I'm biased but he really is an exceptional human. 💙

London to Brighton in extreme 30 degrees heat? Completed it mate! What an incredible day yesterday. I went through so many emotions coming over that finishing line. A massive thank you to everyone who came down to support us. And a massive thank you to everyone who has sponsored us. Between our two pages we have now raised £6566! That's incredible! There's still time to donate 🙏

Last day of work today and no more training left to do now.. We are 11 months sober (I think we deserve sponsoring for that alone!) and Sunday is the big London to Brighton bike ride day!! I've never done anything like this in my life. But I'm proud to say that Andy and myself have raised almost £5K for the Brain Tumour charity in memory of his brother Adam. If you haven't sponsored us already and plan to then here's the link to my page! We'd obviously like to raise as much as possible. And don't worry I'll be keeping you all updated on Sunday with our progress no doubt!! 💙🩵

So months and months of training every morning at the gym. Over 10 months abstaining from alcohol and boring everyone with my progress. It's now just over two weeks until we do the London to Brighton cycle ride. I'm actually really looking forward to it now. We have raised over £3.3k between us so far for the Brain Tumour Charity. I'm so proud of both myself and Andy. Please if you can support us then click on the link. I won't stop pestering people till we've done it! 🤣🤣
pS massive thank you to everyone who has already sponsored us! You know who you are 💙🩵
