Bespoke Heritage Herringbone Brick Patio

A bespoke heritage brick patio, carefully designed and constructed to complement the character of the property and create a timeless outdoor entertaining space.

For this project, the team installed a traditional herringbone brick pattern, with meticulous attention to the layout, detailing and finish. The result is a high-end patio that combines classic craftsmanship with a clean, contemporary finish built to look beautiful for years to come.

✨ Another Bespoke Bathroom Transformation Completed ✨

The lads have been working hard as always, and although we don’t always get the chance to post our completed projects, this one was definitely worth sharing!

Another bathroom completed for a loyal returning customer and it’s always a pleasure when customers trust us to transform another space in their home. 🙌

This project was all about combining bespoke design, practical storage and a high-end finish.

🔹 Bespoke vanity unit, designed and built specifically for the space
🔹 Premium granite worktop
🔹 Two integrated, bespoke display/storage shelves built into the vanity
🔹 Statement hexagonal wall tiling
🔹 Striking black marble-effect tiling throughout the floor and vanity area
🔹 Contemporary countertop basin with matt black brassware
🔹 Bespoke LED backlit mirror
🔹 Natural timber finishes to complement the darker tones

The bespoke vanity and integrated shelving really bring the whole design together, making the most of the available space while giving the bathroom a completely individual finish.

Just a little job we knocked out in a few days! 💪

At first glance, it looked like the floor had dropped by around 100–150mm. But once we broke through, we discovered a 300mm void underneath. 😲

No shortcuts here we fixed the problem properly from the ground up.

✅ Removed the entire failed floor
✅ Rebuilt the sub-base, compacting every layer correctly
✅ Installed a new DPM
✅ Insulated
✅ Poured fresh concrete
✅ Finished with a self-levelling compound

Another floor restored the right way, giving our client a solid foundation they can rely on.

Another transformation completed over the past few weeks! 🔨🏡

On this project, we completely reconfigured the layout of the home to create a much more practical and open living space.

✅ Removed the downstairs WC to maximise the kitchen area.
✅ Converted the garage into a fully usable living space.
✅ Opened up the internal doorway to create a bright, open-plan flow throughout the property.
✅ Installed a brand-new upstairs WC beside the bedroom, giving the homeowners a much more convenient layout.

🏡 Another project completed by the team at Level Ground Landscaping & General Building Ltd! 🏡

This roof had leaks in three different locations, so the best long-term solution was a complete re-roof.

As part of the project, we:
✅ Installed a brand-new roof
✅ Replaced all the leadwork
✅ Fitted a new dry ridge system
✅ Repaired the neighbour’s verge while we were on site

Another happy returning customer! We’re now looking forward to starting their extension in the coming weeks.

Sorry we’ve been a little quiet on here lately, guys! We’ve been extremely busy with steel work, fitting kitchen, and the garage conversion, and keeping up with all of our landscaping projects. Here’s one of our recently completed transformations… 👇

✨ Garden Transformation Complete! ✨

We removed the old patio and retaining wall and completely transformed this outdoor space with a fresh new look.

The new retaining wall was built with blue engineering bricks, providing both strength and a stylish finish. We also laid a brand-new concrete slab patio, creating a clean, practical space that’s perfect for relaxing and entertaining.

To complete the project, we added a new step, improving access and giving the garden a seamless, finished appearance.

Another happy customer and another outdoor space ready to be enjoyed for years to come! 🌿🏡
