📸 Where Are They Now?
I was having a tidy up recently and came across some old staff ID photos from many years ago.
Back then, Beechwood looked very different.
If memory serves me right, we had just three vans and operated from an old scrapyard and garage. We were a small team with big ambitions, working hard every day to build something special.
Looking through the photos brought back some great memories. Whilst many of these guys have since moved on, it's incredible to see what they've gone on to achieve within our industry.
Amongst them are company owners, directors, tree officers and industry leaders who continue to make a real impact across arboriculture.
Whilst we may only have been one chapter in their journey, I'd like to think that their time at Beechwood helped provide some of the experience, opportunities and support that contributed to where they are today.
As employers, it's easy to measure success by how long people stay. But sometimes success is seeing people develop, grow and go on to achieve great things, wherever their careers take them.
For over 25 years, we've been committed to investing in people, developing skills and creating opportunities. Many team members build long careers with us, while others use their experience here as a springboard to pursue different ambitions.
Either way, seeing former colleagues succeed is something we're incredibly proud of.
So, here's a little trip down memory lane...
